Since our jewellery is artisanal, each piece is unique; please expect minor variations in color or design from the website images—these are not defects, but the hallmarks of handcrafted beauty. We follow a strict No-Return Policy. Returns and exchanges are only considered under the following two exceptions:

If your situation meets the criteria above, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging. The security barcode tag must remain attached and intact. Any product returned without the barcode or in a used state will be rejected.
Once we receive your return, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect the item. If approved, we will replace it with a fresh piece of the same design. If the item is out of stock, a Store Credit will be issued, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Timeline: Replacement items are typically delivered within 10–15 days, depending on stock availability.
All requests are subject to the discretion of our QC Team. Once approved: We will arrange a reverse pick-up for you.
Shipping Fee: For exchanges related to non-faulty reasons (such as size issues in rings or bangles), a flat fee of Rs. 250 will be levied to cover the two-way logistics (pick-up and re-delivery).
