Cancellation Policy

At Landmark Jewels, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have outlined our cancellation process below:

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you change your mind and your order has not yet been dispatched from our studio, you may request a cancellation.

How to Cancel: Please email our customer support team at [support@landmarkjewels.com] or call/WhatsApp our Helpline at [9082444044 ].

Support Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST).

Refund Process: In such cases, your order will be cancelled, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking ID has been generated, we cannot accept any cancellations.

Because our jewellery is often handcrafted or specially procured for your order, we are unable to intercept packages once they are in transit with our courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery,  DTDC , shiprocket.)

Customized Orders
Please note that for any items involving customization or personalized engraving, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the production process for a custom piece has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Note: Landmark Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or technical errors. In such rare cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
